How do you receive your refund through Feetishh?
Feetishh refunds payment will be made through cheque / Voucher Code / Bank Transfer depending on the mode of payment used at the time of placing the order.
Proof of Identification
Feetishh reserves the right to request for recognized Proof of Identification at the time of delivery. Failure to provide the same to either the Feetishh delivery personnel or any of its associates, can lead to the cancellation of the order. If the item is purchased and is being delivered as a gift item, then the customer who made the original transaction online will have to provide his/her proof of identification.
Cancellation Charges
In case of any cancellation done by the customer, transaction charges apply.
Limitation of Liability
- You hereby agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold our company and its parent and affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees, and licensors harmless from and against any claims, liability, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) incurred by you in connection with your purchase or transaction on Feetishh
- Feetishh reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and in such case, and agree to cooperate with Feetishh defense of such claim.
- Under no circumstances and no legal theory, tort, contract, strict liability, or otherwise, shall not be liable to you or any other person for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character including, without limitation, damages for lost profits, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, accuracy of services, content or results, computer failure or malfunction, damages resulting from disabling of the services provided as part of Feetishh.
- Any use or alleged use of Feetishh / services through your account by any person, whether or not authorized by you; or The operation and content on your site or Any breach of your representations and warranties and other covenants under this agreement.
Refund Policy
- No exchange or refund will be entertained once the order is placed. A refund of the amount will be given only to the manufacturing defects.
- Feetishh will not be held liable for any delay or loss of ordered shipment. Non-delivery changes occur on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong info or recipient not present at time of delivery) any extra cost incurred by Feetishh for re-delivery shall be chargeable extra.
Delivery Conditions
- The recipient is supposed to provide ID proof during the time of delivery. This is to avoid any misuse of our online channel.
- Prices shown on the website may vary from those in the Feetishh outlets. Prices should not be compared as web prices are only for online purchases.
- Please note all items (including gifts if any) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
- We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by us on our website.
- There may be chances for unexpected price drops, category changes, and other technical errors. These situations are considered as hacked or cyber threats. Feetishh has the right to cancel orders placed in these environments. Sales cannot be processed in these cases.
- Under any unforeseen circumstances, non-availability of stock/ item is not in saleable condition/ transit damage, etc. if your order has not been delivered within 10 days of placing the order, it will be automatically canceled.
How is your Order Confirmed?
With every order, you will receive an e-mail, call, and SMS notification containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the product, you will receive another e-mail and SMS containing the shipping details.
If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package and call our Customer Care 9811197645, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
Replacement Policy
Replacements are considered for products with manufacturing defects. Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date.
Conditions for Return:
- The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.
- Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within a maximum of 48 hours of delivery.
- Products/Items should be UNUSED
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, and invoices.
- It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to goods in transit.
- Only those products will be eligible for return policies that are received by us within 10 working days of the date of delivery.
- No exchange or refund will be taken once the order is placed. A refund of the amount will be given only when the product is 'OUT OF STOCK' or 'not shipped'.
Items should be returned in the original condition you had received them. Please understand that we cannot accept returns in certain instances like:
- Damages due to misuse of product
- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning product
- Any consumable item which has been used or installed
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging
Feetishh retains the sole rights to examine whether the product returned is defective/damaged and based on the verification Feetishh will either reship/replace the product to the customer.
In case the product is defective or damaged then the Feetishh will replace and reship the product to the same shipping address of the customer subject to the availability of the stock of the product.
In case the returned product is not defective/damaged then the customer will be informed about the same and the same product will be reshipped to the shipping address of the order.
The customer will have to bear the shipment charges for the replaced/reshipped product.
If the product stock is unavailable then a request for a refund will be initiated and the same shall be informed to the customer through registered Email.
There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost.
Damaged Product Return
As per our return and refund policy, if a product is delivered damaged, customers are required to contact our customer service executive within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. It is imperative to initiate this communication promptly as any delay beyond this timeframe may result in the inability to process the case. We strive to provide prompt and efficient resolution to such matters and appreciate your cooperation in adhering to the specified timeline.
