Refund policy

Cancellation Policy

Orders placed on Feetishh can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please email us at support@feetishh.com with your order number. If your order is eligible, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of confirmation.

Feetishh (operated by Litthreads LLP) reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, without prior notice. We may also contact you via phone or email to verify certain orders before dispatching.

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged product received

  • Incomplete order received

To initiate a return, contact us within 2 business days of delivery at support@feetishh.com, and include your order number along with clear photo or video evidence of the issue.

Once your request is approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup if available in your area. If not, you’ll be asked to self-ship the item.

Returned products must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • In their original packaging

  • With no signs of tampering or wear

Returns not meeting these conditions will be rejected.

If the return is due to our error, shipping is free. Otherwise, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Once the returned item passes our quality check, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Cash on Delivery orders will receive a store credit.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Used or tried-on socks

  • Products with broken packaging or missing tags

  • Requests made after 2 days of delivery

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the product (if eligible) and place a new order.

Partial returns from multi-item orders are allowed only if the issue applies to specific items and meets the return conditions.
